Shriram Transport Finance Company allots NCDs aggregating Rs 100 crore

On private placement basis

Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that the Allotment Committee - NCDs of the Company in its meeting held on 29 November 2017, approved and allotted 1000 Unsecured Redeedmable Rated Non-Convertible Subordinated Debt of face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs. 100 crore on private placement basis.
