Shriram Transport Finance Company allots NCDs aggregating Rs 1830 crore

On private placement basis

Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that the Allotment Committee - NCDs of the Company in its meeting held on 22 March 2018, approved and allotted 18,300 Secured Redeemable Rated Listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) aggregating Rs 1830 crore on private placement basis.
