Simplex Infrastructures directorate changes

W.e.f. 14 November 2015

The board of Simplex Infrastructures at its meeting held on 14 November 2015, has designated A K Chatterjee, Whole-time Director of the Company as CEO and Whole - time Director of the Company, and accepted the resignation of B Sengupta, Independent Director, from the directorship of the Company with effect from 14 November 2015.
