SIS allots 46,570 equity shares under ESOP
SIS has allotted 46,570 equity shares of Rs. 5 each
on 03 February 2021 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock
Option Plan.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,94,81,760/- divided into 14,78,96,352 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
