SKS Microfinance allots equity shares

Under stock option plan

SKS Microfinance announced that the Company, on 25 July 2014, has allotted 16,650 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
