SMS Pharmaceuticals standalone net profit rises 255.36% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 77.56% to Rs 171.29 crore

Net profit of SMS Pharmaceuticals rose 255.36% to Rs 22.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 6.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 77.56% to Rs 171.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 96.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 86.48% to Rs 60.96 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 32.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 36.71% to Rs 563.18 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 411.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
