Som Datt Finance Corporation announced that the following changes have taken place in the Composition of the Board of Directors of the Company and these have been taken on record by the Company in its Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2014:

- Charu Datt Bhatia has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2014.
