Soma Textiles & Industries announced that Bajrang Lal Dhoot (B. L. Dhoot), an Independent Director on the Board of the Company within the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, has expired on 03 November 2014. Consequent upon his death, he ceased to be a director on the Board with immediate effect i.e. 31 October 2014.
