South Indian Bank announces change in MD and CEO

With effect from 01 October 2020

South Indian Bank announced that V.G. Mathew (DIN: 05332797) demitted the office of the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank w.e.f. 30 September 2020 (after closure of business hours) on expiry of his tenure approved by the Reserve Bank of India and Murali Ramakrishnan (DIN: 01028298) has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of3 (three) years w.e.f. 01 October 2020 and he has taken charge today as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank. He shall also be a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank.
