Span Divergent incorporates subsidiary - Biospan Contamination Control Solutions

In joint venture with Micronclean, UK

Span Divergent announced that the Company has formed and incorporated a subsidiary company namely, Biospan Contamination Solutions with JV partner Micronclean, UK. Further, the investment by both the companies in joint venture is 67:33. Accordingly, the Company have subscribed to 67000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 6.70 lakh of the subsidiary company 'Biospan Contamination Control Solution'. The said subsidiary company will carry on business in the area of clean rooms and contamination control.
