In joint venture with Micronclean, UK
Span Divergent announced that the Company has formed and incorporated a subsidiary company namely, Biospan Contamination Solutions with JV partner Micronclean, UK. Further, the investment by both the companies in joint venture is 67:33. Accordingly, the Company have subscribed to 67000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 6.70 lakh of the subsidiary company 'Biospan Contamination Control Solution'.
