Spandana Sphoorty Financial to raise up to Rs 250 via NCD issue

Spandana Sphoorty Financial will be issuing 25000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Principal Protected, Market-Linked (PP-MLD) Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 250 crore with a green shoe option of up to 17,500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable, Principal Protected, Market-Linked (PP-MLD) debentures having face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs. 425 crore private placement basis.
