Sterlite Technologies grant of options into equity shares

Sterlite Technologies announced that in terms of the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010, 17,41,630 options exercisable into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the company, at an exercise price of Rs.2/- per option, have been granted to eligible employees of Sterlite Technologies in the meeting of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board held on 24 October 2019.
