STL Global announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 16 July 2015

STL Global announced that Sumit Garg, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and in his place the Company has appointed Manil Kumar Nagar, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as 'Company Secretary & Compliance Officer' of the Company, effective from 16 July 2015.

Hence pursuant to the provisions of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement Manil Kumar Nagar is designated as 'Company Secretary & Compliance Officer'; of the Company with effect from 16 July 2015.
