Surana Industries announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 September 2014

Surana Industries announced that Venkatraman has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from the close of working hours on 30 August 2014.

Sativa Priya has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 01 September 2014.
