Tata Coffee announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 20 December 2016

Tata Coffee announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 19 December 2016 have appointed Anantha Murthy N, as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from 20 December 2016.

Suryanarayanan NS, who earlier held the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, retired from the services of the Company, effective the closing hours of 19 December 2016.
