Tata Global Beverages to sell holding in Tata Chemicals to Tata Sons

On or after 18 September 2017

Tata Global Beverages proposes to sell up to 1,05,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Tata Chemicals to Tata Sons. The transaction is expected to be executed on or after 18 September 2017 at or around the prevailing price on the date of proposed sale, subject to no material market movements in price since the date of this disclosure.
