Tata Steel has received revision in long term credit ratings from India Ratings to AA+; Stable from AA; Positive. The instrument-wise ratings actions are as follows:

Bank facilities - IND AA+/ Stable/ IND A1+ (long term rating upgraded; short term rating affirmed)

Non convertible debentures - IND AA+/ Stable (upgraded)

Commercial paper - IND A1+ (affirmed)

Proposed non-fund based limit - IND AA+/ Stable/ IND A1+ (long term rating upgraded; short term rating affirmed)
