Tijaria Polypipes will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 January 2015, to consider the appointment of Vinod Sharma as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in place of Girish K Paliwal who has expressed his inability to join, and also to consider the appointment of internal auditors.
