Trade-Wings appoints company secretary

With effect from 01 October 2015

Trade-Wings announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 29 September 2015, Siddhanth Nimbalkar was appointed as the Whole-time Company Secretary, designated as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company within the meaning of Section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Compliance Officer within the meaning of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement w.e.f. 01 October 2015.
