Zen Technologies announces resignation of company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 07 October 2015

Zen Technologies announced that M Amala, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 07 October 2015.

Further, till the appointment of Company Secretary, Ashok Atluri, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company is designated as the Compliance Officer under the provisions of Listing Agreement.
