With effect from 10 June 2015
Transformers & Rectifiers (India) announced that Chintan Trivedi has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 10 June 2015 close of business hours. Consequently he has ceased to be the designated Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from 10 June 2015.Due to the resignation, Rahul Shah, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement till the new Company Secretary takes charge.
