Trident standalone net profit declines 48.95% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 6.07% to Rs 1185.01 crore

Net profit of Trident declined 48.95% to Rs 50.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 99.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 6.07% to Rs 1185.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1261.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 21.73% to Rs 263.74 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 336.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 1.15% to Rs 4564.08 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 4617.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
