Tube Investments of India allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Tube Investments of India announced that the Company on 09 December 2014 has allotted 26,936 equity shares of Rs.2/- each at an exercise price.

The above allotment is consequent upon the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,70,01,696 to 18,70,28,632 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 37,40,03,392/- to Rs. 37,40,57,264/-.
