Tube Investments of India allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Tube Investments of India announced that the Company on 30 October 2015 has allotted 35,596 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each under ESOS 2007.

With this allotment, the equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,72,18,922 to 18,72,54,518 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs 37,44,37,844 to Rs 37,45,09,036.
