TVS Srichakra standalone net profit rises 51.16% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 12.96% to Rs 520.61 crore

Net profit of TVS Srichakra rose 51.16% to Rs 51.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 34.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 12.96% to Rs 520.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 460.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 90.01% to Rs 197.21 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 103.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 8.60% to Rs 2043.24 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1881.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
