Ucal Fuel Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 August 2014, to consider the Notice calling Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company, to consider appointment of Ram Ramamurthy, as Additional Director and Whole-time Director of the Company, and to consider and approve entering into Joint Venture Agreement with Orbital Australia Pty Limited and Jahagirdar Aero Products.
