Ugro Capital to issue NCDs aggregating Rs 100 cr

Ugro Capital has approved the issuance of rated, secured, senior, listed, transferable, redeemable non-convertible debentures for an amount of Rs.50 crore (Base Issue Size) with an option to retain over-subscription upto Rs. 50 crore, aggregating up to Rs. 100 Crore (Overall Issue Size) though public issue.
