Union Bank of India to raise up to Rs 1000 crore Tier I Capital

Union Bank of India is issuing Basel III compliant Perpetual Debt lnstruments in the nature of Debentures eligible for inclusion in Additional Tier I Capital ("Bonds") Series XXVlll of Rs. 300 crore with Green Shoe Option up to Rs.700 crore (maximum Rs.1,000 crore) on Private Placement basis. The deemed date of allotment is 11 January 2021.
