Net loss of Usha Martin Education & Solutions reported to Rs 0.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against net profit of Rs 0.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales declined 18.18% to Rs 0.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 0.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 50.00% to Rs 0.03 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 0.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 16.90% to Rs 0.59 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 0.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
