Uttam Value Steels reports standalone net loss of Rs 212.11 crore in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 14.95% to Rs 1068.82 crore

Net Loss of Uttam Value Steels reported to Rs 212.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 12.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 14.95% to Rs 1068.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 929.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 520.14 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 33.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 17.91% to Rs 3742.90 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 4559.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
