Vaarad Ventures announces resignation of company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 30 March 2016

Vaarad Ventures announced that Himesh Pandya , Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of the Company w.e.f. 30 March 2016. Subsequently, Sanjay Nimbalkar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been temporarily appointed as Compliance Officer by the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting held on 08 February 2016 to be effective from the date of retiring of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer Himesh Pandya.
