Vardhman Special Steels standalone net profit rises 638.38% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 62.64% to Rs 334.48 crore

Net profit of Vardhman Special Steels rose 638.38% to Rs 26.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 3.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 62.64% to Rs 334.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 205.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 1223.05% to Rs 44.19 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 3.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 10.74% to Rs 937.08 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 846.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
