Vedanta Resources offers to buy 10% stake in Vedanta

Vedanta announced the voluntary open offer by promoter, Vedanta Resources for the acquisition of up to 37,17,50,500 equity shares representing 10% of the fully diluted voting share capital of Vedanta at price of Rs 160 per share for total consideration of Rs 5948 crore.
