Vikas Ecotech allots 36.38 cr rights equity shares
Vikas Ecotech has allotted 36,38,69,577 rights equity shares of face value of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 1.35 per rights equity share including share premium of Re 0.35 per share.
Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased to 64,37,69,252 equity shares aggregating Rs 64.37 crore.
