Walchandnagar Industries undertakes change in directorate

At its board meeting held on 29 November 2014

Walchandnagar Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 November 2014, inter alia, have noted the resignation of the following Directors of the Company:

1. J. L Deshmukh (w.e.f. 21 November 2014 due to various other responsibilities and commitments towards family);

2. A. U. Rijhsinghani (w.e.f. 30 November 2014 due to the proposed age policy for Directors of the Company which mentions the age limit of 80 Years for appointment / continuing as a Director);

3. P. K. Basu (w.e.f. 01 December 2014 due to personal health reasons).
