West Leisure Resorts announced that pursuant to the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March, 2018, the Company is a Core Investment Company (CIC) exempt from registration with the Reserve Bank of India under the Core Investment Companies (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016.
