Winy Commercial & Fiscal Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution passed on 22 June 2015 have approved the resignation of Jenita Sharma, Company Secretary/ Compliance Officer of the Company and in place of her Harish Agarwal has been appointed as the Company Secretary/ Compliance Officer of the Company.
