Wires & Fabriks (S.A) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 17 May 2014 to consider, approve and take on record the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year ended 31 March 2014 and the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 March 2014 and to recommend the dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31 March 2014.
