Zee Entertainment Enterprises acquires balance 49% stake in India Webportal

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has completed the acquisition of the balance 49% equity stake in India Webportal (IWPL), comprising of 12,20,10,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each. Post this acquisition, IWPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 22 July 2017.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
