Zee Entertainment Enterprises acquires balance stake in Zee Network Distribution

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has concluded the acquisition of 26% stake in the company's 74% subsidiary Zee-Turner. After removal of the word Turner from Zee-Turner, the company's name has been changed to Zee Network Distribution and accordingly the Zee Network Distribution has now become a wholly owned subsidiary on and from 09 August 2019.
