A burnt body of a girl was found in Panjagutta area here on Friday, police said.
The burnt body along with a match box and a kerosene bottle was recovered in a park in IAS Colony in Panjagutta in the heart of the city and police were trying to find out if the girl committed suicide or somebody murdered her elsewhere and dumped the body in the park.
A police officer said the circumstantial evidence show that it is a case of suicide but they were looking into all angles.
Telangana Home Minister N. Narasimha Reddy made a statement on the incident in the state assembly, saying investigations were on and assuring the members that if anybody was found guilty, they would not be spared.
