Eight terrorists killed in China

At least eight terrorists were shot dead and one captured during a terrorist attack Monday morning in China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, authorities said.
At least nine terrorists attacked a police station wielding knives at around 6 a.m. in Shache county in Kashgar region. They also threw explosives and set police cars on fire, Xinhua reported.
Of the nine, eight terrorists were shot dead while the ninth was caught by police, according to the Kashgar prefectural party committee.
Further investigations are going on.
