Gujarat announces Rs 10 lakh for Amarnath victims
The Gujarat government on Tuesday announced Rs 10 lakh compensation for the kin of each of the Amarnath pilgrims killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.
Another Rs 2 lakh would be given to each of the injured, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel said. Most of the dead and injured in the Monday attack were from Gujarat.
