Innovation has become key in the food and nightlife market. And serving up a mix of head-shaking drinks and lip-smacking food in the capital now is Hotmess, a one-of-its kind aphrodisiac bar.
Owned by Akshay Anand and Bhupinder Singh, Hotness is located at Connaught Place in central Delhi and welcomes customers with its chic interiors.
"I have always thought of giving to Delhi something which is quirky, modern and innovative, and here is Hotmess," said Akshay Anand, director, Hotmess.
"We have created Hotmess with vision of offering our customers the best from both the worlds -- food and drinks at the most pocket friendly process. So, explore the world of aphrodisiacs and experience exotic flavors that excite and delight the palate with Hotmess," he added.
The interiors are a mix of rustic and modern colours, while interesting creatives in frames adorn the walls of the entire bar. One of the most eye-catching features is a Slanting Bar that gives a peculiar touch to the place.
The food, according to the owners, is a result of extensive research around the world keeping in mind the Indian palate. The menu offers dishes with a variety of innovative recipes using aphrodisiac ingredients like hot chillies, asparagus and avocodos, bananas, chocololates, oysters, pomegranates, red wine, salmons and walnuts, vanilla and more.
