Uttar Pradesh is tipped to throw up a hung assembly while the AAP is expected to take power in Punjab, an India TV-CVoter exit poll said on Thursday.
Uttarakhand and Goa are also expected to get hung assemblies while the BJP could finish on top in Manipur, it said.
