National women's wrestling championships in Gonda from Friday

The 59th women's National Wrestling Championships will start Friday at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.

"Around 700 wrestlers in Freestyle and Greco Roman categories belonging to all the affiliated units and boards of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) will participate in the 59th women's National Wrestling Championships," WFI said in a release Wednesday.

"The event will see participation of 100 coaches and 75 technical officials from all over the country," the release added.
