Portuguese club FC Porto's latest signing, Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas has visited the side's museum accompanied by his new president Jorge Nuno Pinto da Costa.

Surrounded by a sizeable press turn-out, the goalkeeper was adorned in his new club jersey, bearing the number 12 on his back on Tuesday, reports Efe.

Casillas also took the opportunity to sign some autographs for fans gathered at the museum. The new Porto player arrived in the city on Monday, after attending the farewell ceremony organised by his old club, Spain's Real Madrid.

Regarded as the biggest signing in Portuguese football history, the captain of the Spanish national team was also seen talking to Porto officials during his museum visit, including vice president Antero Henrique.

Casillas's jersey has already gone on sale at the official team store, priced at 93 euros ($103).
