One killed in Afghan suicide attack

At least one person was killed in a suicide attack in Afghanistan's Helmand province on Tuesday.

The attack, which also left 40 people injured, took place near a police station in the provincial capital Lashkar Gah, Xinhua reported.

"One militant detonated a car bomb near the police station building," a security official said.
