Lashkar-e-Taiba founder and chief of Jamaat-ud-Dawwa Hafiz Saeed on Friday said that the entire country was standing by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif after he highlighted the freedom struggle of Kashmiri people at the UN General Assembly.

"After he (Nawaz Sharif) articulated the emotions of Kashmiris at the UN, people from all over the country stand with him," Saeed said, adding that as long as he spoke friendship with India, nation was not with him.

Saeed said that India has started aggression, now government should play the role to secure salvation of Kashmiris from cruelties.

Saeed, who carries a bounty of $10 million on his head, staged a demonstration against Indian "aggression" on the Line of Control (LoC).

Speaking about the surgical operations which Indian said it had carried out across the LoC, he said: "Now India cannot mislead world that Pakistan is committing terrorism."

He also blamed the US of supporting India in "plotting" against Pakistan.

"India cannot do anything alone, America is supporting it. America is taking guardianship of India," he added.
