Poland abolishes death penalty

Poland's President Bronislaw Komorowski has signed a bill on the ratification of regulations abolishing death penalty in all circumstances.
Before the bill, Poland was one of the few Council of Europe members where death penalty was allowed in times of war, Xinhua reported.
